As a client of any one of our sooper plans, you benefit from a

PREMIUM RATE of only $48.00 per hour for any work that is performed.

Without a plan, the regular hourly rate is $65.00 per hour.

MONTHLY MAINTAINANCE VISITS

Includes the cleaning and maintenance of all common areas of the building,.

Cleaning includes things like:

- Sweeping and washing of stairs and floors

- Washing of hand rails

- Cleaning doors and windows

Maintenance includes things like:

- Changing light bulbs

- Tightening loose hinges

- Assuring all doors, knobs and light switches are in working order

SPRING/FALL TUNE-UPS

Our Bi-Annual Tune-ups can include but are not limited to the following tasks:

​

- Inspect the exterior of building.

- Inspection of foundation.

- Inspection of window screens.

- Repair/replace damaged window screens.

- Inspection of window & door weather seals.

- Repair damaged window & door 

  weather seals

- Check trees for interference with 

  electric lines.​
