Duplex Rear Renovation

Theodore%20AFTER_edited.jpg

This rear area of this duplex needed a lot of TLC. It had two large decks that needed reinforcing, refacing, new boards and privacy trellis. Luckily, the existing structure beneath was sound and suitable to save.

The decking and fence were stained "Driftwood" to give the wood a soft gray tint to match the rear wall which was painted with a gray granite finish.

New gutters were installed along the rear walls to redirect rain away from dripping down the walls, getting the patio floor.

The changes really made a difference. Not only is it now much more functional, the rear view is now warm and inviting.
